-CESSATION OF OUTAGE ACTIVITIES Senior licensee representatives informed Region IV today that they are placing a

-hold on-outage' activities. This hold is to allow licensee management to determine the root cause'of several incidents which occurred within the last week. TheseLincidents were:

_ Personnel contamination during a resin transfer An apparent' hydrogen burn in the pressurizer

-The electrocution of a workman cleaning switchgear Lake water-pumped into the secondary systems including the steam generators. -

The. licensee'does plan to complete three. work items during the hold. These R e: <

-to remove the last three fuel elements from the core, to return the second vFtal electrical bus to an energized condition, and to continue cleanup of the steEli c.
