compressor and another shutdown cooling isolation. However, reactor. coolant temperature- ,

The weather conditions have improved. The licensee continues to spray clean the switch- a yard and insulators and troubleshoot the startup transformer. Portions.of the-switch- l yard ring header have been re-energized from both incoming offsite power lines. l Two resident inspectors and a Region I DRP Section Chief are onsite monitoring. licensee actions.
