STRIKE BY CONTRACT SECURITY FORCE - UPDATE The strike by the contract security force at the Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station'was ended at approximate'ly 3:00 p.m., July 1, 1986. A second vote by members of the UnJted Plant Guard Workers Union Local 540, which rep' resents the contract security force (Globe Security System), resulted.in a tie and the' union's Executive Committee recommended that tha members accept the last contract offer that was reject:ed on June 30, 1986, and

return to work. Members of the force began to report for work at about 3:'00 p.m., July 1.
Other license employees who, honored the picket line are expected to return for work on their next regular shift.' As members report for work, the contingency force will be.
