WATERFORD 3 ALLEGATIONS RECEIVED FROM REGION IV On January-24, 1985, at approximately 1:50 p.m., I received a telephone call from Ms. Lisa Lazo of the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (NRR) (x27791).

Lazo works for Mr. Dennis M. Crutchfield, Assistant Director of Safety Assess-ment,NRR(x27403).

Lezo inouired if she should send, for your concurrence, information now being prepared for the Waterford 3 Appeals Board. This information reportedly includes materials forwarded to NRR and CIA earlier this month from Mr. Robert D. Martin, Region IV Administrator. Lazo irdicated they plan to remove from the meterials forwarded by Martin, source names in order to protect their identity.

I indicated to Lazo that the NRR transmittal to the Appeals ' ard should receive your concurrence.
