ATTEMPTED TELEPHONE CONVERSATION WITH BILLIE GARDE CONCERNING UATERFORD 3 ALLEGATIONS As per our conversation on February 11, 1985, at approximately 10:05 a.n.. on February 12, 1985, I attempted to telephonically contact Ps. Billie Garde of the' Government Accountability Project (GAP) concerning Waterford 3 allegations made by GAP. My purpose in calling Garde at her office (463-8600) was to expedite our understanding of any specifics GAP nay have concerning their generalized allegations.

I was informed by a secretary at GAP that Ms. Garde was on travel and would return to Washington, D.C. later this week. When asked, the secretary did not know of a phone number where Garde could be reached before returning to Washington.

I left a message for Ms. Garde to contact me as soon as possible upon her return.

Present with me during my attempt was Mr. Hollis Bowers.
