REVIEW 0F CLOSED COMMISSION MEETING TRANSCRIPT As per your February 28, 1985 memorandum, we have reviewed the transcript from the closed Commission meeting on " Discussion of Pending Investigations" held on Tuesday, February 26, 1985.

The testimony reflects the current status of an ongoing Office of Inspector and Auditor '(0IA) inquiry. We recommend that the OIA testimony be withheld.
