ATTEMPTED TELEPHONE CONVERSATION WITH BILLIE GAROL CONCERNING WATERFORD 3 ALLEGATIONS On February 26, 1985, at ar. proximately 1:30 p.m., I attempted to telephonically contact !!s. Billie Garde of the Government Accountability Project (GAP) concerning Waterford 3 allegations made by GAP. My purpose in calling Garde was to expedite our understanding cf any specifics GAP r,ay have concerning th~eir generalized allegations by arranging an interview with Carde.

I was inforr.ed by a secretary at CAP that f's. Garde was preparing for a meeting and was unable to talk with r:e. According to the secretary, Garde would contact r.e after 4:00 p.r. on February P6, 19E5. At approxir,ately 4:25 p.m., I called Garde again and was told that she was unavailble to talk with me.
