i On February 27, 1985, at approximately 9:45 a.m., I attempted te telephonically contact fis. Pillie Garde of the Governrient Accountability Project (CAP) concerning Waterford 3 allegations reade by CAP. My purpose in calling. Garde was to expedite our understanding cf any specifics GAP ray have concerning their generalized allegations by arranging an interview with Carde.

I was inferr.ed by an individual at GAP that l's. Garde was out of the office.

I left a message for Ms. Garde to call ne as soon as possible.
