ATTEMPTED TELEPHONE CONVERSATION WITH BILLIE GARDE CONCERNIt'G UATERFORD 3 ALLEGATIONS As per your reauest, on February 11, 1985, at approximately 10:20 a.m.,

I attempted to telephonically contact Ms. Billie Garde o' the Government Accountability Project (GAP) concerning Waterford 3 allegations made by GAP.

My purpose in calling Garde was to expedite our understanding of any specifics GAP may have concerning their generalized allegations.

I was informed by a secretary at GAP that Ms. Garde was on travel and would return to Washington, D.C. later this week.

I left a message for ids. Garde to contact me as soon as possible upon her return.
