llATERFORD III On February 22, 1985, an individual who identified tinself as Theras Penderson (phonetic) telephoned at 4:54 p.r.

Henderson advised that he worked for Billie Garde and she had asked hir: to telephone OIA regarding a planned r.eeting between Carde and 01A concernine l'aterford Nuclear Station. Henderson said Garde was unable to telephone CIA on February 22,19P5, however, Garde will contact DIA on Penday, February 25, 1985.
