The documentation reviewed was forwarded with Robert D. Martin's Ft.bruary 12, 1987, memorandum to you regarding the region's activities with respect to records generated by the lawsuit between Houston Lighting and Power and Brown and Root. My review identified no information or issues which conflict with the recommendation that DIA close INQ 86-54, 6.$
