'INFORMATION FOR COMANCHE PEAK OIA REPORT 86-10 REVIEW GROUP RG P0-01 1.
A report on the extent to which the activities of the Comanche Peak Peak Project Office (CPP0) covered the scope and r(quirements of the current IE construction inspection program. This report should identify that which the CPPO has inspected and specify whether that which CPPO has inspected is required to be inspected as a part of the IE construction inspection program.
2.
As a' separate section of the report, an identification of items and activities of the program implemented by CPP0 that are in addition to or-different than those in IE program.
3.
The CPPO inspection activities described against the requirements of the IE program, i.e., the specific item inspected, the skills applied, the schedule.of the CPPO activities the site activities, the " depth" of CPPO activities, the size of " samples," etc.
In sum, the CPRRG desires an expression by CPP0 of what inspections CPPO actually performed, in all its aspects, and a comparison with what the IE construction program requires or describes.

For each CPP0 inspection requirement, provide a reference to a CPPO document conveying the requirement including the relevant page number (s).

A copy of appropriate reports or relevant pages for each of the CPP0 inspections.
