(3) Draft memorandum fr J. G. Davis to W. G. Mcdonald re: Comanche Peak Report Review Group (CPRRG) Task RG RM-01 The purpose of this correspondence is to establish a working group to review and carry out the task stated by the Chairman (Ref. 1).
Richard Hartfield is appointed Chairman of this working group with the following individuals detailed as members:
Isaac Kirk, IRM Will Bell, IRM David Diehl, IRM Art Davis, IRM One additional member from IE will be appointed by Messrs..Hartfield and Starostecki.
A draft report of the Group's review and findings is due to John Davis on February 13, 1987. Hence, the above individuals are hereby notified that they are relieved of all other duties until completion of this report in order to apply full-time effort to this task.
To facilitate total concentration to this effort, the conference room located at 7214-MNBB has been reserved for the three-week period.
The initial meeting will be held on Thursday, January)29,1987, at 2:00 PM in 7214-MNPB. The agenda for this meeting will be to: 1 " review in detail the above referenced documents, 2) discuss development of a work plan for this critical project, and 3) consider travel to several of the Regions to detemine precisely the purpose and significance of NRC Fom 766, as well as the use of this form within IE, the Regions, and others within NRC.
