HIGHLIGHTS Arlotto, Appointed Chairman of CPRRG Copies of the ED0's 2/10/87 memo appointing G. Arlotto, Chairman of the CPRRG were distributed to attendees.
It was emphasized that due to its urgency and importance, the CPRRG work warranted first priority attention from participants.
Draft IE Manual Chapter 0612 " Resolution of Differences of Opinion about Inspection Findings Copies nf IE's draft Manual Chapter 0612 were distributed. This document is currently being circulated for comment within the NRC staff.
Draft Report Received from Task Group 2 Task Group 2 (Handling and Process Task Group) presented its draft report.
The CPRRG made suggestions and comments including the following:
1 It might be helpful to add an appendix outlining definitions and criteria for characterizing inspection findings as " violations," " unresolved items,"
etc.
Amplify " process" aspects of group report.
In conclusions, explain atypical nature of Comanche Peak program.

discussing disposition of issues, state whether.it was proper, or not, j
and why.
