This confirms the telephone conversation of June 17, 1986,~between Paul Edgeworth of my staff and yourself. "~'- ~

The subject contract expired on Deccmber - 15, 1985, and we are initiating l closecut action. However, pending completion of all required closecut requirements, it is necessary to deobligate any excess funds remaining under this contract for other immediate agency requirements. You are therefore requested to review your accounting records and advise, by return mail, the total amount of any outstanding payments which you consider due under this contract. Upon our receipt of this information, we will issue a modification deobligating the excess funds.

Any response you may have must be received by June 24, 1986. A self addressed envelope is enclosed for your convenience. Questions regarding this matter may be addressed to Paul Edgeworth, Contract Administrator, on (30M 492-7125.
