The contract is therefore modified as follows:
- 1. Under Section F - Deliveries and Performance. Paragraph F.1 is deleted in its entirety and the following inserted in lieu thereof:

- 2. The following paragraph is added:
F.1. - Option to Extend the Term of the Contract (a) The Government may extend t'+e term of this contract by written notice to the Contractor within the period of perforn'ance; provided, that the Government shall give the Contractor a preliminary written notice of its intent to extend at least 10 days before the contract expires.
The preliminary notice does not commit the Government to an extension.
(b) If the Government exercises this option, the extended contract shall be i considered to include this option provision. l I
(c) The total duration of this contract, inc'luding the exercise of any l options under this clause, shall not exceed 6 nonths.
- 3. The contractor hereby agrees to perform the services at the same base prices as l established in the basic contract under Section B - Supplies or Services and l Prices / Costs.
The total estimated amount is hereby increased by $35,000.00, from $61,040.30 to a new estimated total amount of $96,040.30.
All other terms and conditions remain the sane. ,
