Transmittal of Agency Report, GAO Protest Case No. B-218555.1 In accordance with the provisions of Federal Acquisition Regulation 33.104(a)(5), enclosed is a copy of our report submitted to the General Accounting Office (GAD) in response to the subject protest.

GA0 has tentatively scheduled a conference to discuss the case on May 28, 1985. Interested parties may attend. Please note that under 4 CFR 21.5(c) all written ra===nts on the conference must be filed with GA0 within five working days after the conference is held and that the conference comment period replaces the report comment period. A copy of your comments should be submitted to me as well as to all parties of record.
