I We have reviewed your letter of August 15, 1984 requesting that NRC reconsider its position stated in our August 10, 1984 letter, regarding Wort Orders l LB-84-183. LA-84-186. LB-84-187. LB-84-188, and LB-84-18g. You contend that the Nuclear Regulatory Commission did not consider paragraph C.4.2 in g concluding that these work orders were invalid. That is not the case.
