Work Orders LS-84-183. LS-84-186 L8-84-187. LS-84-188 and LR-44-18g was I

outside the authority of the Pmject Officer and, therefore, these work i

orders are tavalid. The Pmject Officer does not have the authortty to order wart to be performed wholly outside the period of performance of the centract (See Part. I. Sectica S. Paragraph E.4.3.(3)). Each of these orders cover work to be initiated efter the expinties of the contract.

Med the. period of perforunace for these work orders started befers the contract expired, the tems of Paragraph C.4.2. of the contract woutilJepply, as is the case in Wort Order LB-84-169-A which includes work forehe period July 23.1984 through August 24 1964. Yes any reture or discard these invalid wert orders as you deem appropriate.

Wort order 13-84-191 requires reporting services beginning on August 14, 1984, hafem the contract expires, and continvial, intermittently through August 31,1984. Thereform. under the terus of Parsgraph C.4.2.
