POSSESSION LIMIT CHANGE (TAC NO. L31226) l

Dear Mr. Peyey:

In accordance with your application dated August 30,1999, and pursuant to Part 70 to Title 10 of I the Code of Federal Regulations, Materials License SNM-362 is hereby amended to establish a 15-curie possession limit for 1-125 in sources sealed in titanium or stainless steel. Accordingly, License Conditions 6,7, and 8 are amended to reflect the new possession limit and Condition 10 is revised to include the date of August 30,1999.-

All other conditions of the license shall remain the same.

4 Enclosed is a copy of the revised Materials License SNM-362 and the Safety Evaluation Report, which includes the Categorical Exclusion determination.
