In accordance with your application dated May 25, 1989, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Materials License No. SNM-362 is hereby amended to incorporate revised possession limits for Cobalt-60 in individual irradiators. Accordingly, Condition 9 is amended to include the date of May 25, 1989.
All other conditions of your license shall remain the same.
In addition, thank you for the updated information about your facility's current personnel dosimetry practices. We have filed them in Part II of the license application.
Enclosed are copics of revised Materials License SNM 362, incorporating Amendment No. 3, and our Safety Evaluation Report.
