Response to Report of Inspection No. 70-398/87-04
Dear Sir:
l Tnis refers to the routine safety inspection of our license program conducted by Mr. J. Roth of your office on December 7-9, 1987, and the ensuing report frcxn ycu dated February 01, 1988.
As a result of the finding that the cover to the shielded storage area was not posted properly, the cover was innediately posted with signs rurked "Caution - Radioactive Materials" and bearing the radiation caution symbol.
In the future, Health Ihysics staff will conduct more fregaent reviews of posting and labeling in operational areas and will errhasize posting and labeling requirenents for responsible facility operators.
