SNM-362,' including your manufacturing operations, criticality safety, safety committees, facility changes, radiation protection, non routin.e events and
. transportation activities, and to the discussions of our findings held by Mr. Roth with you, Doctors Rook and Cassett and others of your staff at.the conclusion of the inspection.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations were identified.- However, we are concerned that you'did not appear to have a portable survey instrument tracking system which-could be used to maintain control of the use and calibration of.' portable survey instruments.
Please respond within 30 days of the date of this letter providing us with the actions-you have taken or intend
.to take to correct'this situation.
