In accordance with your application dated November 19, 1992, and supplement i
dated November 4, 1993, and pursuant to Part 70 to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Materials License SNM-362 is hereby amended to iccept.
your accident evaluation as required by 10 CFR Section 70.22.
Therefore, your f acility is not required to have an Emergency Plan.
Accordingly, Condition 10 is revised to include the dates of November 19, 1992, and November 4, 1993.
All other conditions of the license shall remain the same.
Enclosed is a copy of the revised Materials License SNM-362 and the Safety Evaluation Report, which includes the Categorical Exclusion determination.
