POSSESSION LIMIT CHANGE (TAC N0. L30970)
Dear Mr. Pevey:
In accordance with your application dated May 1, 1997, and supplement dated May 7, 1997, and pursuant to Part 70 to Title 10 of the Code of Federal ,
Regulations, Materials License SNM-362 is hereby amended to increase the possession limit for Sr-90 from 3 curies to 5 curies as sealed sources.
Accordingly, license Condition 8.X is amended to reflect the change in of possession limit and Condition 10 is revised to include the dates of May 1, and May 7, 1997. l All other conditions of the license shall remain the same.
Enclosed is a copy of the revised Materials License SNM-362 and the Safety Evaluation Report, which includes the Categorical Exclusion determination.
