SUMMARY

OF OPERATING EXPERIENCES At the beginning of the month, power was at 97% and increasing at 1% per chift.

At midday of June 1st, a power decrease to 96% was made due to level oscillations in the #2 steam generator. ,

On June 4th, the plant 'was loaded to 98% power.

On June 5th, the plant was loaded to 99% power.

On June 12th, a plant trip on law steam generator level occured when the

  1. 2 EFCV (Excess Flow Check Valve) closed.

On June 13th, the reactor was made critical, the unit phased to the grid, cnd power increased to 21%.

Latcr in the day of June 13th, power was reduced to and stabilized at 15%

while high chloride' levels in the steam generators and condenser were bOing corrected.

On June 14th, power was increased to 75%.

On June 15th, power was increased to 80%.

On June 16th, power was stabilized at 85% while investigating the EFCV closure of June 12th.

On June 30th, power was reduced, the generator was taken off-line, and the roactor was made subcritical for a maintenance shutdown to repair EFCV air cylinders and to inspect the condenser.
