l REPORT MONTH: August 1986 NARRATIVE

SUMMARY

OF OPERATING EXPERIENCES At the beginning of the month the plant'was at full power.

On 1 August, power was reduced to 50% to repair an ENC leak on MS-204.

On 2 August, power was increased to 941; symmetric offset concerns delayao further power increases.

On 2 August, power was increased to 100%.

On 10 August, an automatic reactor trip occurred due to low level in the #1 steam generator.

On 11 August, the unit was phased to the grid and power increased to 55% to place P-2C in service.

On 13 August, power was increased to 100%.

The Plant operated at full power for the remainder of the month.
