It has come to our attention that the Document Control Center copy of the redacted version of Reference 1 Enclosure 1 (pages numbered 1 through 14) does not contain the 14 pages that comprise Enclosure 1 (excluding its attachments). Therefore, please add the enclosed copy of the redacted version of Reference 1 Enclosure 1 (excluding its attachments) to the Document Control Center copy of the redacted version of Reference 1. To assure completeness of the center's copy, the cover sheet of Enclosure 1 of Reference 1 is also enclosed.

In Reference 1, Boston Edison Company (Boston Edison) and Entergy Nuclear Generation Company (Entergy Nuclear) requested the transfer of the Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station Facility Operating License DPR-35 and NRC Materials License 20-07626-04 from Boston Edison to Entergy Nuclear. The request was made in accordance with 10 CFR 50.80.

Proposed license amendmente conforming with the transfer were also submitted in g, accordance with 10 CFR 50.90. Boston Edison and Entergy Nuclear requested the NRC review of the application on a schedule that would permit issuance of an order consenting to the transfer as promptly as possible to support a closing date of March 31,1999. Boston Edison and Entergy Nuclear also requested that the conforming license amendments be issued to become effective upon closing. This letter does not change the aforementioned requests.
