SALP INPUT FOR COOPER NUCLEAR STATION f Replacement operator licensing examinations were administered in June of 1985 and March of 1986. A requalification program evaluation was performed in September of 1985 which included NRC generated written examinations and NRC administered oral operating examinations. ,

l Five (5) Senior Reactor Operator Upgrade examinations were acheinistered, with i all five (5) candidates being issued Senior Operator licenses. Fourteen (14) t Reactor Operator candidates were examined, with thirteen (13) Reactor Operator licenses being issued. A retake examination is currently being written for the candidate not initially licensed.

Five (5) Senior Operators and three (3) Reactor Operators were schninistered NRC written and oral operating requalification examinations. The licensee's ,

Rec;ualification Prcgram was evaluated to be satisf actory based upon the l results of the requalification program audit.
