SYSTEMATIC ASSESSMENT OF LICENSEE PERFORMANCE (SALP) - TROJAN The revised NRC Manual Chapter regarding SALP was recently issued. The SALP Report for Trojan has been rewritten in a format consistent with the new guidance, and a copy is enclosed for your review. Please forward any comments you have to me by February 18. As prescribed by the new manual chapter, a copy will be forwarded tc the licensee about March 1.

A management meeting has been scheduled with PGE management to discuss the results of the SALP review. This meeting will be at PGE's corporate offices (17th floor conference room) in Portland at 1:30 p.m. on March 10, 1981.

I will submit a travel request during the week of February 16 as soon as the list of attendees has been finalized. Unfortunately, flights out of Oakland do not work well for traveling to Portland and back on the same day. The following flights (out of San Francisco) will probably be best:
