The Rancho Seco SALP Report for the period June 1 1985 through June 30, 1986 is forwarded for r review.

Activities identified by the SALP Board as needing improvement were extensive.

4 The licensee's response to all Category 3 ayeas will define a corrective action program for this SALP. To11ovup of these corrective actione vill be accomplished within the scope of the minimum, basic and selected portions of 1

the Supplemental programs and our extensive restart inspection efforts. In addition to following up on recommended licensee actions, the SALP Board recon: mends supplementary NRC inspections in several functional areas (in addition to or in conjunction with performance of the MC 2515 Minimum and Basic Programs). MC 2515 requires implementation of portions of the Supplemental Program inspection procedures based on deficiencies identified in i
