Strike Contingency Plan Implementati,n Review On May 2, 1988 the union members of the contract security guard force walked offsite af ter being properly relieved by a strike contingency security forc Facility security was maintained using the licensee's contingency measures as committed to in the NRC-approved Safeguard Con-tingency Plan. The licensee implemented the contingency measures on May 1, 1988, in anticipation of the walkou The inspector observed that the striking guards continued to picket at the entrance to the facility's security force access road, but had discontinued picketing along route 156 in front of the plant.
