Funding authorizations in the amounts of $45,000, $1G5,000 and $100,000 were provided in FY-1931 FY-1982 and FY-1983, respectively for the continuation of work on this contract. The purpose of this letter is to accept the CNL proposal, dated July 13, 1913, and provide funds in the amount of $34,000 for continuation of the project.

Incremental funds in the amount of $40,000, $110,000 and

$30,000 were provided by letters of November 1, 1982, February 4, 1983 and June 8,1983, respectively, for.the continuation of work on this contract.

I have reviewed the BNL proposal, dated July 13, 1983, and find it acceptable.

I am, thereforevproviding funds in the amount of $34,000, for continuation of the project.
