~ Diane Money,' Resource Management Analyst, DE
SUBJECT:
TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE CONTRACTS A3710 AND A3402 On November 23, 1983, D'. Corley, TSB, called me regarding the contracting actions on A3710.(Reliability and Probability Assessment for Fire Events)
. and A3402- (Seismic and Dynamic-Qualification Pump and Valve Operability
- Review Criteria).
Her concern on both contracts, was the reason for extending the period of performance. The following information'is being i
l provided for the project file by copy of this memorandum:
A3710 The period of performance is being extended from 6/30/84 to 9/30/84. The reason for the extension E
is'due.to the diversion of contractor personnel to work on the Limerick PRA review. This ac.tivity was identified as a high priority task.
Extension of the
- period of performance will. permit completion of the remaining tasks.
A3402 The period of performance is being extended from 12/30/83 to 6/30/84. This project includes preparation of two NUREG reports. One report has been completed.
i The reason for extending the period of performance is due to the diversion of contractor personnel to
' work on other projects. The additional funds ($8k).
are'needed in order to complete work on this project.
