NRR, " Determination of Event Sequences Contributing to Overall Frequency of Core Melt" (A-1298)

The enclosed NRC Form 173, " Standard Order for DOE Work " is hereby submitted in accordance with Section III.B.2 of the DOE /NRC Memorandum of Understanding dated February 24, 1978.

FY 1982 funding authorization in the amount of $90,000 was transmitted by memo dated April 8,1982. The purpose of this letter is to accept, as modified, the proposal dated May 14, 1982 and to transmit FY 1982 funds in the amount of $65,000 for continuation of this project.
