Funding authorization in the amount of $100,000 was provided with my letters dated -December 30,1982, January 24, 1983, August 4, 1933 and September 2, 1983.

In accordance with the BNL proposal dated December 3,1982, the enclosed order provides funding authorization in the arrounc of $80,000 to co;r.plete work on the project in October.
