I We have reviewed the BNL proposal for this project, dated December 3,1982, and find it acceptable. The enclosed order provides furding authorization in the amount of $30,000 to imediately begin work and complete Tasks I through IV in accordance with the statement of work attached to our request for pmoosal letter dated November 29, 1982. The balance of the funds for

completion of. the pmject will be pmvided incrementally at a later date.
