If the period of performance is to be extended, or the project othemise modified, please initiate the appropriate paperwork (see Division Program Assistant) including justification at least two weeks prior to the end of the period of perfonnance.

If the above DOE Work Order will be completed on or before the expiration date, please provide the information requested on the reverse side of this memorandum approximately 30 days after the end of the period of performance.

( this project, please return the attached note to Carol Paugh as soon as l possible so that a " reconciled report" may be requested from F6E. II no property was purchased or transferred to this project, please ret' urn the attached note to her unsigned noting "Not Aopplicable." If our records indicate that property / equipment is accountable under this project, it will be noted in the attached.
