The enclosed NRC Form 173, " Standard Order for DOE Work," is hereby submitted in accordance with Section III.B.2 of the DOE /NRC Memorandum of Understanding dated February 24, 1978.

FY 1982 funding authorization in the amount of $90,000 was transmitted by memo dated April 1982,$65,000 was dyp.nsmitted on August 18, 1982, $10,000 was transferred from FIN A-1295 to A-1298 on September 28, 1982, $15,000 on February 1,1983, and $20,000 on July. 7,1983. The purpose of.this letter is to transmit additional FY83 funds in the amount of 59,000 for continuation of the project.
