During the period' of April 29, 1985 thru May 3, 1985, an evaluation of the implementation of the Hatch Quality Assurance program as relates to the above subject purchase orders was performed by Mr. Anthony M. Scott, Commonwealth Edison Quality Ascurance Depart-ment and Mr. Jack L. Skiles, Sargent & Lundy Quality Control Group.
During this evaluation, Ouality Control Procedures were reviewed, specifically with relation to welding processes and individual welder qualifications. Sargent & Lundy personnel prepared weld maps and performed stress analysis to confirm the qualifications of welding personnel who produced the control panels of the subject proj ec t .
