The package is now in proper form and the technical statements in it reflect the infonnation provided in a telephone call Bob Lee set up with Burlinger and Dan Fino. However, although it may be techni-cally accurate. I think the appearance focuses on a rather broad policy and I want the policy implication discussed with Darrell.

Specifically, we have a notice that says the safety of the core is unrelated to fuel composition but fuel composition is very important to safety in the spent fuel storage rack. Accordingly, we dont care about what kind of fuel that's put in the core but we are very con-cerned about what's put in the spent fuel storage rack. That makes ebsolutely no policy sense.
