FT CALHOUN 1 - REPORTING REQUIREMENTS (OELD # 842 285)

-I have problems with these changes to the reporting requirements which only serve to regurgitate the existing requirements of the Regulation. When we do this, we just get into trouble over the course of time when these things diverge again.

I think that instead of that reporting requirement you should have something nice and simple to the effect of - you shall submit the reports required by 50.72 and 50.73

. Just identify the right region to send them to.

I think an amendment in this form - with all this detail - is a mistake and if you wish to send it out in this form, it must be cleared with Darrell Eisenhut.

I have discussed the matter with him and I have made my recommen-(- -

dations to him.

If you want to send it out in the form of the long

regurgitation of the Regulation you should square it with him.
