George, why are we using the shrunken version of the Appendix I notice?

OELD signed off on a couple of longer versions on the Appendix I packages on some of the other plants, but this seems to be coming down to a shrunken version again. Just call me on the phone and let me know what this is all about. I'm not suggesting a particular change at the moment but I want to
