SURRY 1 - BORON CONCENTRATION (0 ELD #842239)

This is not ccceptable in this form. We noticed this amendment, apparently November 22; yet, the amendment we're acting on was supplemented on Novem-ber 30, December 19, January 18, and January 25. Each one of those incoming supplements has to be discussed at sufficient length to identify the signi-ficance of the incoming supplemental information. The application we gave notice of was dated September 13 and supplemented October 6.

If the subse-quent submittals in any substantive way modified that application then you need to renotice this package. -In sucn a case we would not be acting on the application as to which we gave notice.
