Bob, I agree with the problem you had on this package; that is, that the additional information that they are putting in the notice just doesn't make sense.

If the notice doesn't make sense and you can't understand why its in there, then it does have a legal problem. We have to understand what the notices are and we have to understand what they say before we can say that there is no legal problem with it. I don't understand what the notice means, what.it says, and what its intended to' accomplish, so I do have a legal problem. Why don't you work the matter out with Carl Stahl.

I think the best thing to do with it is to delete those two sentences.
