DRESDEN 2 SECTION 6 ADMIN CONTROLS OF TECH SPECS (DELO f 837417)

The package is okay but I have one question in going over it. At the bottom of the first page in the description of the amendment, there is a sentence that says the licensee proposes to clarify the applicability of a requirement to conduct the two-year training "as a result of a concern identified during an informal audit". That makes it sound very systerious and troublesome. Why don't you give a little description of what the concern is. The way 1t is now - being an unidentifled concern -

you can't tell whether it looks like you're trying to cover something up.

So just give a brief description of the concern you're talking about.
