I've read the story and it sounds okay Jan, but I am somewhat suspicious. Did anyone really go through those tech specs and make sure that this change does not affect a safety margin set forth in a basis for a tech spec? The safety margins for those kinds of changes are sometimes set forth in the tech specs and. if they are, you are going to' need more of an analysis than this to explain why_ this is not. a significant hazard if it in fact involves a change in the

-tech spec safety margin. The story you have is okay so far but I'm just k

suspicious that these kinds of changes may involve a safety margin in a tech spec basis and if that's true you're going to need a better story than this.
