You have to give additional information about the changes in position of the various people.

It is not enough to sim)1y call them administrative changes.

Give some indication that you reviewed t1em and that you conclude that they do not affect the technical or managerial organization of the licensee to Vice President and Chief Development Officer"ployee who is "First Executive operate the plant correctly. They have an em but I don't know what he does.

And just by having this title doesn't tell me that he doesn't do something dramatic that affect the plant. Same for the new "First Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer". What do they do? Unless you ind-cate that you know from the incoming what they seem to do, what's your basis
