The package is okay with us in the form that its in but you should read the letter and the SER. When you finish reading the SER, the only question you have is doesn't anything ever disappoint the Staff? These guys have been promising us they are going have a second SRO since September 1982. Now they can't even make it by January 1984. And we're saying its dandy. This Agency doesn't look like it has any backbone at all.

Its okay with me.
