SUBJECT:

BRUNSWICK 1 NEW LIMITING CONDITIONS FOR OPERATION (840 180)

You have to tell me what the two incoming packages were - what they contained and an explanation of why they are not significant - the two packages of October 17 and November 11. You just can no longer receive significant infor-mation after you have noticed the package. You noticed this thing in September and you receive subsequent information in October and November. You have to explain what those incomings were and why you think they are not significant and then we will see whether this thing is okay.

If either one of those two incomings had any significant information in them, you have to renotice this thing.
